PLEASE HELP PEOPLE...I spent 4yrs.. with a registered nurse who had been divorced..(she claimed that he abused her) from Kennewick Wa. WE meet at a community college and she asked me to move in with her and her 6yr.old daughter...I was the primary caregiver in this relationship as I have sustained numerous back surgeries and am on L&I income..AFTER 2yrs into this relationship she asked me to father her a child,,this relationship was good and so I agreed to this,,JOHNATHON 8-19-98...Soon she asked for another child,,JEFFREY 12-11-99...When the second boy turned 4 months old she began seperating me from the children (taking them to babysitters ect..)on 4-12-00 she threw a fit and told me to leave her home..(I never abused this woman physically or verbally )that afternoon she filed a protection order against me....I was not served until 6-5-00...this gave her lots of time to tell false stories to her friends and father...In the meantime I payed all our outstanding bills thinking that since finances break up relationships I'll remove these bills...THAT WAS NOT IT...she failed to arrive at the hearing in regards to the protection order...I have since found that..1..I am not on the childrens birth certificates! (she did not file the affidavit of paternity papers that I filled out at both occasions of these boys birth.)..2..she changed her parenting agreement in regards to her now 10yr.old daughter.( this allows her to remove her daughter from the state).3..SHE left the state 4 days previous to the court date....SINCE the facts #1 and #2,,exist the legal system is of NO help to me in finding her or these two boys...PEOPLE PLEASE HELP!!! This is an excerpt from a letter to a friend. It pretty much explains what I'm looking for. If it sounds like what you're looking for as well, I'd love to hear from you. Content,patient, not disliking my own company would describe my current situation. I want a partner in my life just as much as you want one in yours, but I chose to be alone for the past year in order to heal so that I would be able to offer a whole person to the next man in my life. No baggage,no fears,no past anger,no hang ups. I'm continuing to move slowly toward that goal not out of fear of failure,but out of the desire to have it be right this time. I know what I want in a man, you and I have talked about it. A friend, a partner, an equal, a lover, someone to share my life with. I don't think finding that person can be rushed, friendships don't develop overnight. I may meet my soul mate next week, next month or next year. I may already know him. But the man I'm looking for won't be attracted to someone feeling desperate about spending the rest of her life alone. He'll be comfortable with who he is and looking for a woman equally comfortable with herself. So that what they have will come out of sharing, not a desire to fill a void. It will happen because it's meant to, not because it needs to. I have an awful lot to give to the right person. I don't think I should be squandering it on the wrong people out of fear. That cheapens it somehow. Look what taking my time has already accomplished, who knows what next wonderful thing I'll be able to discover in myself and in turn offer to the man I'm meant to spend my life with. I certainly don't expect to turn the next corner and find him waiting for me. I have to look for him too, and I am. I just don't think I have to be out there turning over every rock to find him. He's going to be standing just as tall as I am looking out over the sea of people searching. We'll see each other, over the crowd.
